Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Policy -

We have an easy and hassle-free return policy.

  • You can return us the product/s within 7 days of delivery.
  • In case damaged, incorrect or defective items were delivered, reports to us in under 24 hours of the delivery.
  • The product/s must be in the same condition as when you received them - unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags still attached, and in the original packaging. They must not be damaged in anyway.
  • Our delivery partner will pick up the return within 48 hours of your request being processed.
  • Once the product/s have been picked up, the refund will be initiated after a quality check at our warehouse. Please send us your bank/UPI details to receive the refund incase you paid with Cash On Delivery.
  • Do note - Items purchased during certain sales such as clearance sale or buyXgetY sale or bundle offers will not be applicable for returns. If there's any issue with sizing or physical damage, we will provide a free exchange.

Please note: Any returns because of slight marks or stains that could be washed away will not be accepted.


Refund policy -

  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment mode that was originally used by the customer while placing the order.
  • For COD payments, the customer will receive the refund to their bank account via NEFT or UPI (for which the customer will have to provide us with their banking or UPI details).
  • For payments made through digital means such as UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet etc., the refund will be made using the same payment mode. 
  • The refund will only be initiated once the product/s are picked up and pass our quality checks back at our warehouse. Refunds may take about 1-5 days to be fully processed depending on your bank processing speeds, but we'll make sure that you receive it as early as possible.

 

Exchange policy -

  • You can exchange the product/s within 7 days of delivery for no cost. Any exchange after the first time will be chargeable.
  • The product/s must be in the same condition as when you received them - unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags still attached, and in the original packaging. They must not be damaged in anyway.
  • We do not offer exchanges on stained or used products.
  • Our delivery partner will pick up the exchange within 48 hours of your request being processed.
  • Once the product/s have been picked up, the exchange will be processed immediately.

Damages and Issues: If the product/s are damaged out-of-box or if you face any other issue, let us know immediately under 24 hours of the delivery. We will try our best to rectify them.


Cancellation Policy -

  • Since we focus on fast-delivery to our customers, it might be difficult for us to cancel the order once it has been processed, but be sure to let us know immediately.
